Building the Foundation

We’re in a season of growth as we build Lexington Basketball Club, and we’re excited you’re here for the start of it.

Right now, we don’t own our own gym. We rent space and may use more than one facility at times. That means our practice schedule and locations may shift a bit as we go, but we’ll always communicate clearly and give families as much notice as we can.

Our long-term dream is simple: a home gym where LBC players can get in the gym year-round, any day, to work on their game. A place that feels like a second home — where you can come in, make mistakes, learn, and get better without the pressure of “having to be perfect.”

Until that dream becomes reality, we’re focused on doing things the right way with what we have. We will operate through 4–5 different 8–10 week sessions throughout the year, giving players consistent opportunities to train, improve, and stay connected to the game. Our goal is to provide a steady place to play basketball year-round, to learn the game the right way, step by step, and to understand why they’re doing what they’re doing.

We also want parents to know: LBC is meant to fit into your child’s athletic journey, not take it over. We support multi-sport athletes and busy families. Our goal is to offer flexible practice options so you can choose nights that work around school, other sports, and everyday life.

If you’re looking for a down-to-earth club that cares about your kid as a person and a player, we’d love to have you grow with us

*Currently we can only accommodate grades 4th-6th (As 5/7/26). We hope to offer younger and older groups in the fall.
